Self doubt is something we all have in us from time to time. Doubt can stop you from achieving your full potential. Here's 4 handy tips to help you with dealing with self doubt.
1) Know your stuff – if you know your stuff inside out doubt will decrease. For example say you’ve been revising for months before a big test and you know you’re going to smash it are you really going to doubt yourself.
2) Question your doubt – Sometimes we just need to stand up to ourselves, look in the mirror and say “I am good enough”. It sound weird but try it, be create with it, say whatever makes your feel good. I’ve done before job interviews, cooperate presentation. Try it and let me know how it goes.
3) Stop comparing yourself to others – you will always bring that special something another person cannot, you.
4) Take that leap of faith – it’s time to just stop thinking about it and TAKE ACTION! You will probably be so glad you did it and want continue with whatever you were doubting yourself about.
